Coming from Milwaukee, being the super clubbers we are, we walked in and knew we found a fabulous place! We sat at the bar for an old fashioned and dinner and it was the perfect choice. Denis, the owner was funny, entertaining and very attentive while the restaurant was very busy. We enjoyed an excellent meal. Highly recommend both the bourbon and teriyaki salmon along with a side of the infamous cheese, chive loaded baked potato. We will remember this enjoyable restaurant.

This place takes me back to old school Philadelphia. The ambiance and style was quite and relaxing. Delicious food served by an attentive staff made this a great trip. The steaks were amazing and the salad was great. Try the house dressing.

We stopped here around 7pm while traveling because the reviews were so good and we found the parking lot and restaurant to be full. I do not understand why! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was it was super cold and super dark. When we looked at the lights in the ceiling we both commented that how can they see when they are cleaning! We had to use the lights on our menu to read it. My significant other use the bathroom and commented that the door to the hallway would not close and he was concerned that someone could see him peeing. The ranch dressing was a very poor quality. My significant other ate a dinner roll and there was a blob of butter on the plate. I took a taste of the butter assuming it had some flavoring because of the way it looked and it was plain and tasted old I like it was stored open without a cover. My significant other took a bite of a bread stick and said it tasted stale. I ordered the $35 ribeye medium expecting it to be really good. It came about 30 minutes after my salad, rare and was so tough that a piece got caught in my throat for over an hour. I also was not pleased with the fact that it was just a flat top grill and not char-grilled. I

We really enjoyed our dinner here! The fried lobster was really good. Staff was amazing! Payne at the bar was fantastic; they were very busy that night but he was still attentive to our group.

First time and won’t be the last! The filet was perfectly medium rare, the chive sauce baked potato was amazing, we split a perfectly broiled lobster tail, the chopped steak had so much flavor and was melt apart tender, and the escoffier sauce was the perfect finish. Love the dark, candle lit atmosphere, and our waitress was great! We waited about 15-20 minutes between ordering and receiving food which was perfect to be able to enjoy our drinks and dinner salads!
